Design Notes

It is mainly composed of pbr promoter (BBa_K4385009) , the anchoring protein Lpp-OmpA(BBa_K4385001, BBa_K4385002), the lead ion adsorbed protein PbrR(BBa_K43885000)and heavy metal detoxification protein( BBa_K4385010).
